End User License Agreement

TaiModels grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to install and use the purchased add-on software ("Product") solely for your personal, non-commercial flight simulation use. This licence is granted immediately upon confirmed payment.

You may: • Install and use the Product on up to 2 computers that you personally own or control. • Make a single backup copy for personal archival purposes. • Use the Product with any compatible simulator version on supported platforms.

You may not: • Sell, sublicence, rent, lease, or lend the Product or your licence to any third party. • Distribute, upload, or share the Product files — whether for free or for payment. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Product. • Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright notices or branding within the Product. • Use the Product for commercial purposes, including payware multiplayer environments, without a separate commercial licence.

Updates issued by TaiModels for a purchased Product are included under this licence at no additional cost. This licence does not automatically extend to successor products or major platform ports sold as separate titles.

TaiModels retains full ownership of all intellectual property in the Product, including 3D assets, textures, audio, code, and documentation. Purchase grants a licence only — not ownership of the underlying assets.

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product from your systems. TaiModels reserves the right to revoke access to download servers in the event of licence violation.

The Product is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. TaiModels does not warrant that the Product will operate without interruption or error, or that it will be compatible with future simulator updates. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

TaiModels' liability under this EULA is limited to the amount paid for the Product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including system damage, data loss, or loss of revenue, arising from use of the Product.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaiModels operates. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

By downloading and/or using the Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Product and contact us for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
