What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards via PayPal's secure checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is my purchase secure?+
Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal's encrypted payment system. We use HTTPS throughout and never store card details.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?+
No. You can check out as a guest using your credit or debit card through PayPal's guest checkout without creating an account.
Will I receive a receipt?+
Yes. A purchase confirmation email is sent automatically after payment is complete. You can also view all orders in your account dashboard.
Downloads
How do I access my downloads?+
After purchase, log in to your account and go to My Downloads. Each purchased product will show a Download button with the current version.
How long will my download links be valid?+
Your download access is permanent and tied to your account — you can re-download at any time. Links are regenerated on each download request for security.
What if my download fails or is interrupted?+
Simply return to your dashboard and start the download again. If you experience repeated issues, please contact our support team.
Are updates free?+
Yes. All product updates are included with your purchase at no extra cost. When a new version is released, it will appear in your downloads automatically.
Installation
How do I install the add-on?+
After downloading, extract the ZIP file and follow the included README. Most products install by placing the extracted folder in your simulator's Community folder (MSFS 2024) or Custom Scenery folder (X-Plane 12).
Which simulators are supported?+
We offer add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and X-Plane 12. Each product listing specifies which platforms are supported. Some products include builds for both.
The add-on isn't showing up in my simulator. What should I do?+
First ensure the files are placed in the correct folder. For MSFS 2024, check the Community folder path in the simulator's Package Options. For X-Plane 12, verify the folder is in Custom Scenery. Still stuck? Contact us via the support page.
Refunds & Support
What is your refund policy?+
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the product. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued after the file has been downloaded. See our Refund Policy for full details.
I have a technical issue. How do I get help?+
Visit our Support page and fill in the contact form. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Can I use the add-on on multiple computers?+
Your license covers personal use on up to 2 computers that you own. You may not share or redistribute the files. See the EULA for full terms.
