Terms of Service

By accessing the TaiModels store or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.

All products sold on TaiModels are digital downloads licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You are purchasing a licence to use the software — not ownership of the software itself. Unless the individual product EULA states otherwise: • You may install the product on up to 2 computers that you personally own. • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the downloaded files. • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the product files.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details. TaiModels is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

All prices are shown in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice — the price at the time of purchase applies.

Our refund policy is governed by the separate Refund Policy page. In summary: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded.

All product content — 3D models, textures, audio, documentation — remains the intellectual property of TaiModels or the respective developer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Products are provided "as-is". TaiModels makes no warranties that products will be free of bugs, or that they will work with every simulator version or hardware configuration. We commit to fixing defects in a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance.

TaiModels' total liability for any claim arising from a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost enjoyment or simulator performance degradation.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaiModels is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved under that jurisdiction's courts.
